MEYER RECORDING SESSIONS

On 9 and 10 April I was honored to record Concerto for guitar, timpani and string orchestra by Maestro Krzysztof Meyer composer who has been taking part of the recording sessions actively. I was accompanied by a great Polska Orkiestra Sinfonia Iuventus im. Jerzego Semkowa under the baton of the eminent Dawid Runtz - conductor. The timpani part has been greatly presented by Karol Krasiński.
Thanks to the great atmosphere and professional team of the DUX label, headed by Mrs. Małgorzata Polańska, we managed to record this demanding, but very beautiful concert very efficiently.
I hope that after the June premiere of my album and listening to it, you will be able to be as happy as Maestro Meyer after our recordings.

biography
Piotr PRZEDBORA was born in 1994, in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Poland. After completing his education at this city’s music college under Mirosław Drożdżowski in 2013, he undertook studies at Warsaw’s Fryderyk Chopin Music University in the guitar class of Marcin Zalewski. Key in the development of the young guitarist’s career is also his work with Judicael Perroy, a prominent French guitarist and pedagogue. Playing on the guitar is Piotr Przedbora’s life’s passion: he successfully performs repertoire from Classical to contemporary. Already at his young age, he is a scholarship recipient of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of the Government…
